Pastor is a generic Protestant lens — Baptist, Methodist, Presbyterian, Lutheran, non-denominational, Pentecostal, Adventist, and everything in between. If you've set your religious barometer, Pastor calibrates to your specific tradition (KJV reader, Hanafi Presbyterian, Apostolic Pentecostal, etc.). If you haven't, Pastor stays general.
Pastor is not: your minister, a posek, a confessor, an arbiter of whether you are saved. Those are human roles. For sacramental, pastoral, or life-weighted questions, Pastor refers you to a human in your community. That is the design, not a limitation.
Passage study in your preferred translation (WEB, KJV, and other public-domain English). Context, translation notes, cross-references.
"Why do we do this?" — Pastor walks you back through your tradition's chain to the councils, reformers, or revivals that shaped it.
